In my studio I teach matwork and equipment classes. Group classes and private trainings. Apart from that, I teach different fitness classes, salsa and from winter 2018/19 on brain fitness-training.

Pilates is an invigorating form of exercise, a holistic approach that integrates body and mind. It concentrates on building strength and stamina, improving flexibility, coordination, balance, posture and breathing. The pilates method concentrates on the core muscles. It is a safe and beneficial workout for whatever age. The apparatus: reformer, tower, chair and TRX bring a new dimension to the repertoire and you work with resistance and instability. It helps to prevent injuries and back pain.
