31/08/2021

The Hotel Perren Superior*** has been rebranded Alpine Hotel Perren with a name change that reflects a generation change under the new management of Nicolas Burgener and his team. In its new portfolio, the hotel is offering shared experiences with #teamPERREN outside the hotel too.

New gastronomic orientation

Alain Köslich is responsible for the gastronomic direction of the three hotel restaurants, which are also open to the public. The Alpustuba is a restaurant promising Alpine flair. The focus is on Valais wine and Alpine classics such as raclette, fondue, dried meat and Valais platters. The Alpustuba will also host occasional glockenspiel and Swiss accordion music.

At La Barrique, the choice of wine takes centre stage. The selection of food has been reduced to specifically complement the sophisticated and internationally oriented wine list.

La Montanara offers a 3 or 4-course menu that changes daily and always includes vegetarian and vegan alternatives.

Après-ski with live music

The hotel terrace will be feature live music this winter: on Fridays and Saturdays from 4 pm, hotel guests and visitors can gather at the open-air bar and reflect on a wonderful day on the mountain with live music designed to provide just the right atmosphere.
