Mountain Exposure, who rent out luxury chalet and holiday apartments, now has three more properties. One of these is the five-star Panicha Penthouse apartment for eight people. Completed only a few years ago and offering 140 m² of space, it has a high wooden balcony, glass fireplace, four en-suite bedrooms and a large south-facing terrace with views of the Matterhorn. The Panicha Penthouse is close to the Matterhorn Express valley station. A lift and internal staircase leads up to the chalet's two upper floors.

Another new property is the detached four-star Schipfa chalet, offering 195 m² over two floors. This typical Swiss chalet has three sun terraces and large windows offering views of the village and the Matterhorn. Its sunny location makes the Chalet Schipfa a perfect retreat, hence the name Schipfa, which means shelter in the Zermatt dialect. As the chalet is located above the village and has no lift access, this property is best suited to guests who are fit and in good health.

Chalet Nevis, the third new property, is centrally located next to the Parkhotel Beau Site and sleeps six people. The four-star chalet faces south and has a large sunny balcony offering views of the village and the Matterhorn. The light, spacious apartment has an open-plan kitchen with a central island leading to the dining area and living room.
