New executive chef at the Unique Hotel Post

From October, 41-year-old Diogo Monteiro Correia will take over from Christian Schubert as executive chef at the renowned Zermatt design and lifestyle 4-star superior Unique Hotel Post, which features four restaurants and five bars and clubs.

After successfully completing his training at the Grand Hotel Zermatterhof, Diogo Monteiro Correia spent his professional years in various renowned hotel and gastronomy businesses within the Matterhorn Group. During his many years as head chef at the Chez Vrony restaurant and with a great deal of quality awareness and innovation, he succeeded in positioning the renowned and vibrant Zermatt gastronomy business as a mountain restaurant with 14 Gault Millau points.
