The Silvana Mountain Hotel will open a second restaurant called the “Ski Chalet” for the coming winter season. This will be located in the former dining area and will be similar to the existing Gitz-Gädi restaurant. As well as offering an extended culinary choice, the hotel rooms are being renovated in an Alpine style, incorporating old wood and stone slabs. The hotel now has one single room, 14 doubles, two attic family rooms and two junior suites. They all feature a balcony and a modern Smart TV. The opening is planned for Friday, 27 November 2020.
The new Silvana Mountain Spa with indoor pool, private spa, several saunas, relaxation rooms and massage facilities was built last year. It is proud to describe itself as the “closest ski in – ski out wellness hotel to the Matterhorn”.
