SnowXperience Testa Grigia
From 1 July, the ZERMATTERS will run a rental shop together with Slalom Sport at the Plateau Rosa station. Skis, snowboards, boots, poles, gloves, helmets, trousers and jackets can all be rented on site and you can try your first turns in the adjacent SnowXperience Plateau Rosa park in the “touch the snow” experience. Ski and snowboard lessons are also available in the park for beginners. The ZERMATTERS mountain guides will offer various tours starting from Plateau Rosa, including glacier trekking and beginners' high altitude tours.
ZERMATTERS focus on children in expanded bike offer
The Kids Bike League – a successful summer programme at the Swiss Ski School – is coming to Zermatt. In the Kids Bike League, experienced mountain bike guides introduce children to the fascination of mountain biking in a fun way. Their skills are trained and improved year on year, in a way similar to the winter programme of the Swiss Snow League. The Kids Bike League is divided into three progressive levels: Marmot (3-4 years old), Chamois (5-7 years old) and Ibex (8-12 years old). Children learn to use their bike according to their age and abilities at each level.
E-bike evening tour
Discover Zermatt by e-bike and learn interesting facts about the destination at the same time.
Twice a week, a ZERMATTERS bike guide will take you on a leisurely and easy e-bike evening tour. It costs CHF 20 and participants bring their e-bike.
ZERMATTERS Bike Shop Täsch
The Nordic Center is transformed into a bike shop in summer. A small number of e-bikes and children's bikes are available for hire to walk-in customers. The shop will also stock Scott bike accessories.
