Cervo Puro also appears in the top 10, at number nine. “The perfect menu requires the best local, sustainably grown ingredients — and Cervo Puro in Zermatt excel at this. Guests can relax on the large sun terrace and enjoy the view of the Matterhorn,” says TripAdvisor in their press release.
The results are based on the ratings from the last twelve months on TripAdvisor, focusing on both quality and quantity. The Swiss top 10 is led by Le Jardin in Geneva. In Europe, the gold medal goes to Epicure in Paris, with the global prize going to TRB Hutong in Beijing.
