Among the 830 best restaurants in Switzerland are 15 in Zermatt. «Gault Millau» tested them, made their selection and listed them in the 2021 «Gault Millau» Guide for Switzerland. Two restaurants in Zermatt received 17 points – the mark for the best quality and high consistency: The After Seven in the Backstage Hotel and the Ristorante Capri in the Mont Cervin Palace.
«Gault Millau» awarded a total of 215 points in Zermatt. New to the list are the Saveurs restaurant in the Chalet Hotel Schönegg with 14 points and the Lusi Brasserie & Lounge in the Grand Hotel Zermatterhof with 13 points. Zermatt once again proved that it is the gourmet stronghold in the Alps.
