31/08/2021

The aperitif and evening menu at Manud will be enchanted with a touch of Japanese flavour in the 2021/2022 winter season. Manud's new guest chef Roberto Catra spent a year learning from the best during his culinary scholarship in Japan and is now bringing his art to the Zermatt café.

Izakaya at Manud

Izakaya means coming together and enjoying, in a place where people like to meet.

Everything that already defines the Manud is being refined and expanded this winter. The hosts invite you to enjoy a few nibbles with a good glass of Valais wine after skiing, or come for a cosy dinner and let the young team spoil you with home-made Japanese delicacies.

From the beginning of December, Manud will be offering hot food throughout the day, with pinsa pizzas and other snacks for lunch, as well as Japanese-inspired aperitif and dinner options.
