Trout are freshly fished by hand from the small stream that runs through the site and prepared in the three classic dishes: "meunière", "bleu" and "en papilotte". Guests can sit in the idyllic garden, watch the rabbits and enjoy a cold or hot coffee speciality – a perfect combination. Evenings in the beer garden with speciality aperitifs, drinks and good music are also part of the summer programme.

The “Chalet Alm” restaurant was renovated last summer, giving it a new look. The refurbishment outside makes the most of the spacious and beautiful garden.

Martial Chanton, the son of Darian and Roland Chanton-Julen and grandson of Martin and Trudi Julen, who built the chalet over 50 years ago, welcomes guests with his girlfriend Sarah Meynet.
