30-year anniversary: Zermatt Horu Trophy

The Horu Trophy will be contested in Zermatt for the 30th time from 13 to 16 January 2022: 76 teams curling on 19 different rinks in the centre of Zermatt. The Horu Trophy is one of the biggest curling tournaments in Europe to take place outdoors.

For the 30th time, curlers will meet in Zermatt again to fight for the Horu Trophy. This open-air event will take place from 13 to 16 January 2022. The tournament starts at 2 pm on Thursday 13 January, with the awards ceremony scheduled for 1.30 pm on Sunday 16 January.

The programme will include highlights off the ice, including a gala dinner and barbecue. The curling event in January is a highlight in the calendar for the Matterhorn village!
