Far away from the ordinary at a height of 2222 m, here an oasis of tranquility, unspoilt nature and warm hospitality awaits guests. The 70 rooms and suites nearly all have a balcony with breathtaking views of the Matterhorn. A water- and wellness world with Europe´s highest outdoor pool (35°C) is found at the „Spa 2222m“, as well as a choice of body treatments and massages. The skiing and hiking area lies directly in front of the hotel and skis and mountain bikes are obtainable at the hotel. No culinary wishes are left unfulfilled at the Restaurant Alexander. The Ristorante Al Bosco with sunny garden terrace offers tasty foods with a touch of Bella Italia and in the Walliserkeller (winter only) you can enjoy Swiss specialities. Situated at the heart of Zermatt, the Mont Cervin Palace stands out with its attractive south-façade and roof with numerous turrets. The Le Mirabeau Hotel & Spa is tranquilly situated, only a few minutes´ walk from the Zermatt main railway station, and the famous Gornergrat station. A traditional family resort, it is owned by the second and managed by the third generation of the Julen family. This is the perfect place for anyone looking to experience nature and the mountains. Hotel Riffelhaus is an ideal point of departure for long hikes and first climbing experiences. But it is also the perfect place for mountain lovers who have less sporty ambitions. With the reconstruction, the hotel has created one of the most beautiful sun terraces in Zermatt, a spa centre from where there is an unrivalled view of the Matterhorn and newly renovated rooms offering a lot of stylish alpine touches.

HOTEL POLLUX - Our family-run 4-star hotel is located in the heart of Zermatt.

The ****Hotel Pollux is located on the main street (Bahnhofstrasse) in the heart of Zermatt only 200m or two minutes walk from the train station. A personal and warm atmosphere awaits you in our hotel and we will make your holidays unforgettable. Our family-run hotel offers 35 rooms with different categories.

The valley stations of the Gornergrat and the Sunnegga–Rothorn area as well as the bus stop for the ski bus towards the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise valley station are within a few minutes walk.

Our hotel has three restaurants: The Pinte is a typical local restaurant with wooden interior, where we serve among other dishes Swiss specialities like cheese fondue or raclette. In the Arvenstube, our restaurant in alpine chic style, you can enjoy international and mediterranean delicacies. The Vegistube is our small but fine vegetarian restaurant, in which we serve classic and innovative vegetarian and vegan dishes.

Our cosy Chämi Bar with open fireplace is a popular meeting point for locals and guests. On cold nights even with crackling fire romance at the open fireplace.

Wellness: Relax, rest and recharge your batteries in our wellness area (opening in December 2022): different saunas, steam bath, relaxation room with infrared loungers. Massages on request. In our fitness area you can start your day with yoga or training.

We have two meeting rooms with daylight and blackout options. The rooms can be rented separately or as one large room - depending on the number of people. Both rooms together have a size of 75m2. Depending on the seating arrangement, our seminar room can accommodate up to 50 people.

The Kulmhotel Gornergrat is in the middle of a high mountain range. At 3,100 metres above sea level, life is different to life down in the valley. Outside you are surrounded by the four-thousanders. Inside, checking in is easy and convenient.
